Voyager Workflows

Self-service creation of workflows with highly configurable actions.
Actions are aligned to a t-minus schedule. For example, email a user at t-7 about an upcoming migration, perform the migration on t-0, follow up email at t+2 etc.
Once a workflow is configured, users can be scheduled for migration. Voyager executes the workflow automatically, end-to-end.
Users can also be scheduled for migration automatically based on dynamic criteria. For example, automatically schedule an application provision for all new users or automatically schedule the removal of a platform if a user hasn’t used it recently.
Workflows are executed by a highly available, distributed automation engine.

Automatically email users based on actions configured in workflows.
Emails are sent based on configurable templates.
Email templates use variables so user-specific information can be dynamically inserted.

Voyager maintains a list of all applications in your organisation per platform/environmen, including vendor and version information along with the packaging status.
Voyager automatically creates a forward path between a legacy application and an application suitable for a target environment or platform.
Forward paths automatically take into account new versions of applications or changes to packaging status.
Applications can be deployed at scale to all users, to smaller groups of users, or to single users.

Different types of migration workflows can have different blockers associated with them. For example, “XYZ users can receive application A”.
Voyager allows for the creation of static blockers (directly associated with a set of users), or dynamic blockers (based on criteria that can change).
Blockers influence a users red-amber-green (block-warning-okay) traffic light status.

Connect

Voyager Data Aggregation

Voyager connects to any data source required to facilitate migrations. For example, HR systems, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, application management systems.
Voyager displays this information in the user interface for real-time analysis.
This data can be used for to, for example, create dynamic blockers or make automated workflow decisions.
Your data always remains within your organization’s infrastructure.
